You Know His Number

This poem was on my cousin's blog and I borrowed it, Thanks Kelsey I really needed to hear this and to remind me How important Talking with Our Heavenly Father.

You Know His Number
His line is never busy,
Pick you your phone and see.
You will always be able to reach Him,
Just drop to your knees.
You have unlimited minutes,
I know you have always been told,
And I will guarantee one thing,
You'll never be ask "will you hold?"
I'm not a "little prayer rock",
So don't tuck me in your drawer.
Don't put me under your pillow,
Or chuck me on the floor.
But keep me close beside you,
And use me all the time.
For in this world around us,
Satan's at his prime.
You can call when you need Him,
Or just to have a chat.
Just bow your head and call,
"Heavenly Father, where are you at?"
And when there's an emergency,
No need to dial 911.
Just close your eyes and say,
"Help me out or forgive me for what I have done."
It's never too late to call Him,
He never goes to bed.
Remember, "ask and ye shall receive",
Is what He said.
So next time when you're feeling down,
Or maybe feeling blue.
Just pick you your little prayer phone,
He'd love to hear from you.

Gratitude

My heart is full of Gratitude today. The Number one thing that I am grateful for is the Atonement of Jesus Christ and how He has made it possible for All of us to repent and return to Live with Our Father in Heaven. I am very grateful for answered prayers.  I know that Heavenly Father hears and answers prayers.  I know that He answers them in His own due time.  We are really on the Lord's time here on earth.  I am very grateful for the Spirit of Disserment and how powerful priesthood blessings can be.   I am grateful for my husband, his love, and his willingness to keep going when things are tough.  I am VERY VERY Grateful for family members, friends and my ward family.  Though Challenges in life I have gained a greater testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  I have a gained a greater appriecation and understanding of Home Teachers and Visiting Teachers.  I am so grateful for true friends and family that stick by your side no matter the challenges that happen in Life.  I am grateful for new friendships that I have gained through out this past year.  I am grateful for the many new skills that I have learned in life(Especially farming which I am able to keep going next year, I am way excited).  I know that life has challenges and things can get tough but through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the love of my husband Tom, family and many friends I have been able to keep my chin up and keep going.

THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to my Family and Friends especially my new Friends that have been there for Tom and I this year.  I am deep in debt to you all.  Thank you for helping me with keeping my faith when things are tough.
