Weigh In

Despite it being Memorial Weekend, I weighed in and I lost 1 lbs for a percentage of 1.00%, now Desiree' is camping but before she left, she said that she had lost at least 1.5 lbs but I am not sure so this week is just my percentage weight loss. Since I have been doing the biggest loser challange I have lost a total of 10 lbs. I am so excited. :)

What a Week

then we have been traveling back and forth to St. Anthony because we have been repainting the inside of the house. No more star and strip pattern around the top of the living room and no more blue window sills. It was been great with my parents and Melissa's help and one night we had kelty, chris, and kassy. That was very interesting to say the least.

This Mr. Hampton with the ties that students gave him for gifts.

Then graduation on Thursday it was fun and exciting to see my brother all grown up.

A week ago my brother Joe graduated from Seminary. It is so exciting to see him graduate from such a great program.

Day late of weigh in........

Well this week I did better on weight loss, I lost 1.8 lbs with a percentage of 1.00%
Then my sister Desiree lost 1.0 lbs with a percentage of .99%, I know it's slow going but at least it is lose and not gain. So our percentage combine total is 1.99%

Just the other day I went to my baby brothers graduation and of course we took pictures and I had noticed by looking at them that I do look a little bit smaller then the picture I took about 4 weeks ago. I was excited to see that because I know that slowly but surely I will be able to be at the weight that I would love to be at so then I can go into a store and just pick a shirt or a pair of pants right off the shelf and not have to hunt for clothes my size.

Weigh In Time, Ugg not so Good

What a day to weigh in, on my birthday. Well it was not a good one and I was so careful on what I ate this past weekend but I think that it was having a really late dinner(snack) on the way home last night from Rexburg and Ashton. I gained 2.2 lbs which is a % of +.99%. Desiree also had gained 3.2 lbs which is a % of +.98%, total of +1.97,

Well not much to report but we will do better next week.

Have a good week everyone.

Todays my Birthday and I am a whoppin 30

Wow I am not in my twenties anymore. It is kinda scary and weird. It's been an okay day. Nothing exciting happened today, we had a party on Saturday for birthdays and mother's day celebrations. Here is a picture of the cake that my sister make for me.

The first one is salt and pepper shakers (which I collect) and M&M's and those are my favorite candy. Then the 2nd one is of spagetti that is one of my favorite dinners. My sister Desiree can be very creative on cakes she has made several other cakes too.

It was awesome and cool to have my family come and celebrate with me.
Well as I get older sometimes birthday's seem really like another day but I don't want to have that feeling so I am going to make the day special. At work they gave me a card and a oreo cake it was awesome too.

Brithday Celebration

Well everyone is gone, it's 10 pm on Saturday night, dishes are somewhat done and the house is quiet expect for Tom and Joe playing the Wii. I have been hosting to family since about 8:30 this morning and been up since 7:00 am. It has been fun to have my family, Tom's mom and Clyde come up for the day and visit, celebrate and enjoy each others company. We celebrated my grandpa's, my birthday and mother's day. It was fun and excited and tiring. I forgot how much a party can wipe you out but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I will have pictures of the cakes that my sister made for me they are pretty amazing.

Drum Roll Please ............ Weight lose or Gain????

Yea it's another week and I have made it despite the weather and rain, snow, hail, sleet and wind most of the week. I am not kidding either. We haven't seen the sun shine very much this past week. Well I have made it like I said and I lost 3.2 lbs with a % of 1.01%. Dezi my sister has lost 3.1 lbs with a % of 1.01% also. Which totals of 2.02%. We are making it and loving every bit of it.

Tom made the comment tonight to me while I was doing the Wii fit that I am looking better and slimmer, :) :) That made me smile and thank him so much for noticing because I have looked in the mirror and don't seem to notice. I still see myself as a big fat person not someone slimming down but hey it feels great.
Since I have been doing this weight lose and watching what I have been eating I am not tired at night as I used to be. It seems to me that I can go even after I get home from working 8 hours a day I still have energy to do things.

Once again I want to thank everyone for their support it means so much to us. The comments and support I get on here I past on to my sister and it helps encourage both of us to continue. For those of you that read this that know my sister Dezi and you see her keep encouraging her and I also.
