Week 5

Wow, I have made it through a month and a week of exercising.   Yeah Yeah!!!!!   Well it is weigh in day and I have lost 4 lbs.  That is a total of 15 lbs since the first of January.  Working on my goal is exciting and thank you for your encouragement it helps so much.
