YEAH, YEAH is all that I have to say. I have made it through 1 week of the new year. Excerised 3 times with my co-worker. I have also lost 6 pounds. Since Jan 1st though I have lost 9 pounds. My goal for the month was to lose 10 lbs so I am going to up to lose 15 lbs for the month of January but my over all goal is to lose 50 lbs by May.
I Will Do It!!!!!!!!!
