Monday Weigh in Time

Well this week has been a tricky one with Easter and all. I didn't do too bad but I felt that I could have done better. Everynight I tried to walk or do some type of exersice from the Wii fit. Yesterday we had went down to my sister Desire'e house and walked 4 miles which is a country block. It was tough but we all made it which it took about hour and 1/2.

SO with the weight lose, I lost 2.4 lbs that is pretty good for a first week. So here is how my first week went. Hopefully I can contiune with the weight lose because I tend to poop out but I am going to stick this out.

Thanks for everyones support it has been amazing.

This biggest loser group that I am with is doing this for 3 months so I am going to stick it out till the end and contiune it even farther.

Michelle I am so proud of you for doing this weight loss program! Good for you for sticking with it. Exercising is often the last thing you want to do but you always feel so much better after you do it. At least that is how I feel. 2.4 lbs is great for only one week! Great job. I am axious to continue to hear of your progress! Keep up the good work.

Way to go Michelle! 2.4 pound is huge for your first week! I am proud of you! When you don't feel like moving, just make yourself do it and you'll feel so much better! KEEP IT UP!
