Weekly Update
Well it's been a week. It has been colder then cold lets say -degree almost every morning. On Tuesday night I was going back out to the truck in Broulims parking lot from seeing Tom and the pickup wouldn't start. It had lights but dim so I thought it was the battery, so I called Jo and told her that I wasn't going to be able to make it to their house since the truck wouldn't start. So bless their hearts even though they had home teachers coming Bart got on his coat and was heading out the door when their home teacher and wife pulled in. Bart and Brother Stewart came to Broulims to resuce me. Well it wasn't the battery at all it just clicked when trying to start it. Someone that knew bart and bro. Stewart said sometimes that the starter cylinder gets blocked so just to tap it. Well to top that off it was almost below 0 degrees so it was cold to be cold out. Bart then got under the truck and tapped the starter where the cylinder was but no luck. So after that I asked who is your mechanic because if I was in Rexburg I would know right where to tow it and that is Tri State Tire. Well we towed it down main street of Driggs to Sewells Auto Shop and left it there for the morning. Well the next day I called Bart to see if he had heard anything and Sam said worst case is that it was the flywheel (which to be honest I still don't know what that is, it is something that connects to the starter and the engine, which is costly) or it could be the starter. Well later that day thanks to Glenda Jo she texted me and said that as long as the part was in the part house then we would have the truck by 5 pm Wednesday (WOW that is fast) Thank goodness to prayers it was done and I was able to pick up the truck when I got off work on Wednesday night. Sam replaced the starter so that it good. Now I don't have to have Tom get up really early to take me to work so he can have the car to go to work. I also thank Heavenly Father not having a way serious problem such as the fly wheel wrong with the pickup. Thank Heavenly Father that I have good friends and especially family here in the Valley to help out in sticky situations. Well no worries I know that we can get through every trial that comes into our life.
